Arman Tsarukyan Dismisses Paddy Pimblett’s Title Contention After Recent Victory

In a post-fight interview following his victory at RAF09 in Dallas, Arman Tsarukyan made headlines by openly criticizing fellow fighter Paddy Pimblett, declaring that he has no place among the top contenders in the UFC.

Arman Tsarukyan, fresh off his 16–5 win over Mugsy, did not shy away from sharing his thoughts on fellow UFC fighter Paddy Pimblett. During a post-fight media session, Tsarukyan was asked about the rising star, and he responded with a pointed critique, suggesting that Pimblett’s recent success is undeserved.

Tsarukyan stated that the UFC has been overly generous in promoting Pimblett, claiming he has faced underwhelming opponents, which he referred to as “trash cans.” The Armenian fighter emphasized that despite Pimblett’s popularity and ability to generate buzz, he lacks the skills necessary to compete at the highest level.

“He has no level to compete with top 5,” Tsarukyan asserted, expressing disbelief at Pimblett being granted a title shot under these circumstances. As the MMA community reacts to Tsarukyan’s bold statements, it remains to be seen how this rivalry will unfold in the public eye.
