Week 9 NFL Picks, Odds And Betting Analysis For Every Game
Andre Khatchaturian continues to kill it in his NFL picks. After going 10-3 in Week 7, he went 10-5 this week. Let’s see how he does in Week 10. All odds are provided by DraftKings sportsbook.
Week 8 Record: 10-5
Season Record: 68-53-1
Thursday, November 4, 2021
New York Jets at Indianapolis Colts (-10), 8:20 PM
Andre’s Pick: Jets. Carson Wentz should not be getting double digit points against any team. He makes poor decisions and is among the worst in the NFL in yards per pass attempt. The Colts have an excellent running attack, but the Jets have a top 10 run defense.
Sunday, November 7, 2021
Atlanta Falcons at New Orleans Saints (-6), 1:00 PM
Andre’s Pick: Falcons. No Jameis Winston and the Saints are only slightly better than the Falcons in yards per play differential. New Orleans is 24th in the category and Atlanta is 25th. The Saints are coming off a big win and are a little overhyped here.
Denver Broncos at Dallas Cowboys (-10), 1:00 PM
Andre’s Pick: Broncos. The Cowboys are one of six teams that allow more than six yards per carry. Dallas wins, but 10 points is a lot against a solid defense like Denver.
New England Patriots (-3.5) at Carolina Panthers, 1:00 PM
Andre’s Pick: Patriots. Carolina is banged up and if Sam Darnold misses Sunday’s game, Bill Belichick will have his way with P.J. Walker. Belichick dominates young quarterbacks and the Patriots are heating up at the right time.
Minnesota Vikings at Baltimore Ravens (-6), 1:00 PM
Andre’s Pick: Ravens. The Vikings allow the fifth-most yards per carry. Not good news going up against Baltimore, who loves to run the ball.
Cleveland Browns at Cincinnati Bengals (-2), 1:00 PM
Andre’s Pick: Bengals. Both teams have an elite rush defense, so this game may go down to the QBs. Joe Burrow is more trustworthy than Baker Mayfield and he’s at home. I’ll take the Bengals.
Buffalo Bills (-14.5) at Jacksonville Jaguars, 1:00 PM
Andre’s Pick: Bills. The spread seems high, but the Jaguars have lost by double digits five times this season. Meanwhile, the Bills have won by double digits five times as well.
Houston Texans at Miami Dolphins (-5.5), 1:00 PM
Andre’s Pick: Texans. Two bad teams. Just give me the points.
Las Vegas Raiders (-3) at New York Giants, 1:00 PM
Andre’s Pick: Giants. The Raiders are going through a ton of negative headlines. Losing Henry Ruggs is a blow. The Giants are home underdogs and they’re coming off a win and a hard fought loss against the Chiefs.
Los Angeles Chargers (-2) at Philadelphia Eagles, 4:05 PM
Andre’s Pick: Eagles. The Chargers allow the most yards per carry and Philly is excellent at running the ball. After starting the season not running the ball, Philly has started to run the ball more lately and they’re succeeding.
Green Bay Packers at Kansas City Chiefs (-7.5), 4:25 PM
Andre’s Pick: Packers. Jordan Love gets a major break, getting the start against a horrible Chiefs defense. Chiefs may win, but Packers cover.
Arizona Cardinals at San Francisco 49ers (-3), 4:25 PM
Andre’s Pick: 49ers. San Francisco is third in yards per play differential. They have a complete team and I think they’ll get the job done at home against a divisional rival.
Tennessee Titans at Los Angeles Rams (-7), 8:20 PM
Andre’s Pick: Rams. No Derrick Henry really hurts Tennessee. Their defense is suspect and they’ll get torched by L.A.’s explosive offense.
Monday, November 7, 2021
Chicago Bears at Pittsburgh Steelers (-6.5), 8:15 PM
Andre’s Pick: Steelers. Chicago has the NFL’s worst yards per play differential.
